We cannot guarantee the lifespan of plants if the recommended maintenance and irrigation guidelines are not followed by the user.
Plant health is dependent on environmental factors (light, temperature, humidity) which are beyond our control after installation.
Our Moss Wall and Moss Frame products are made from 100% natural, stabilized materials.
Since they are natural products, slight variations in color and texture may occur.
These products are for indoor use only. Direct exposure to sunlight or high humidity (above 70%) may cause color fading or texture changes over time.
In no event shall Silvanus or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Silvanus’s website.
